We aim to pack all our orders the same day as payment during week days and have them collected to be shipped the following day. Any orders made on weekends and bank holidays will be packed on the next working day, we will then aim to get the packages then sent off with Royal Mail standard postage the following working day. We are only a small business so aim to meet all the needs of the customers and postage as fast as possible. We thank you for your business and support.

On the rare occasion any of our customers have any problems or are left unhappy with any purchase with Lashic Lashes, please click on 'CONTACT US' button above and fill out the form explaining your reason for contacting us, order number included also. Customers have 14 days from purchase date to open any dispute and contact us to resolve any problems with products brought on our online shop. In order to return any products for full refund within the 14 day purchase period, the products must be unused and unopened.
