Cancellation Policy

NEW BANK DETAILS - Business Bank Account THE BEAUTY SPOT 04-03-33 51346660 £10 cancellation fee for all appointments which are cancelled after 8pm the day prior to treatment. All booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you need to cancel or re-arrange your booking and you give The Beauty Spot at least 48 hours notice the deposit can be transferred to another booking within 3 weeks of appointment. If you are 15 mins or more late to your appointment, the appointment gets cancelled and cancellation fee of £10 gets charged. FUTURE BOOKINGS : when you first booked it would of been stated the times you’re able to book you’re future appointments until - 3pm, 4pm or 4:45pm. Please stick to these times for all foreseeable appointments, any appointments booked outside these times will be automatically cancelled.
