Service Description
PATCH TEST REQUIRED FOR ALL NEW CLIENTS. YOU MUST TEXT TO BOOK IN PATCH TEST, Do not book past 4:45pm if you are not classed as an evening client. The calendar is checked daily, any clients who have booked past 4:45 and are not an evening client will have appointment cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
NEW BANK DETAILS - Business Bank Account THE BEAUTY SPOT 04-03-33 51346660 £10 cancellation fee for all appointments which are cancelled after 8pm the day prior to treatment. All booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you need to cancel or re-arrange your booking and you give The Beauty Spot at least 48 hours notice the deposit can be transferred to another booking within 3 weeks of appointment. If you are 15 mins or more late to your appointment, the appointment gets cancelled and cancellation fee of £10 gets charged.
