• All of our courses are non refundable and non transferable unless given 2 weeks notice of transfer. The transferred course must be booked and taken within 2 months of previous training date, unless The Beauty Spot is fully booked within the 2 months. It is non transferable after 2 months if you cannot make any of the new dates given as an option by us. A new booking fee of £100 will need to be secured for a new date if outside these 2 months.

• If you arrive more than 25 minutes late on the day of course, The Beauty Spot/Lashic Lashes have the right to cancel the training date with the forfeit of Booking Fee being lost.

• All students must be at least 16 years or older to undertake any of our courses.

• No beauty qualifications are needed to undertake any courses with The Beauty Spot/Lashic Lashes but it is down to the student to contact their chosen insurance company to confirm that our courses are insurable for the student after qualifying. The Beauty Spot/Lashic Lashes take no responsibility for students failing to find insurances or policies to cover them to work. 

• When purchasing an our in-house courses you have 1 years access to all online content, including the access to submitting and qualifying. You will gain access to the online content AFTER you have taken the course and completed it.

• Our Training kits will be either supplied by Lashic Lashes or another reputable brand that we have trialed and recommend.

• Lashic Lashes do not accept any liability for any damage caused by our products to items or personal injury. 

• If you cancel your course within 2 weeks of the booking date, you will loose the £100 non refundable booking fee and will be required to pay another booking fee to secure a future date. 

• The rest of the payment of the course, £150 must be paid at the course or BEFORE. We will not allow any students to leave the premises without payment.  We accept Bank Transfer, Card Payment or Cash. An Invoice can be issued on the day.

• You will receive a certificate on the day of completing the course, this allows the student to gain access to insurance instantly and be insured and covered to train on real clients.

• The Beauty Spot/Lashic Lashes takes no responsibility for incidents that happen between students and clients when leaving the course.

• We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current.
